I am a native of Fort Wayne and graduate of Bishop Luers High School. I advise clients on transactional and day-to-day business needs serving as general outside counsel for several clients in the areas of general business, standard contract drafting and review, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, corporate governance, real estate, corporate structuring, private equity, and employment matters. I also consult businesses in a financial advisory capacity with business development, business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and tax compliance.
In addition to practicing corporate law, I am a certified public accountant, I have earned a Masters in Business Administration and I was a manager and one of early members of the transaction service consulting practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. I am the only attorney in the region with partner-level experience with a top national law firm as well as manager-level experience with an international accounting and consulting firm. This experience is a valued asset to clients desiring to utilize a corporate attorney with practical business experience and multi-disciplinary knowledge. I have represented clients in practically all industries.
My wife, Sarah, is a 3rd grade teacher in Southwest Allen County. We have a boy, Carson, and two girls, Kate and Brooke.
